Cancellation Policy

  • The Company is not accountable for the exactness of the product as depicted on the website. The images are often highlighted to enhance the appeal of the product. The quality of the product & services including information and material of the product may or may not meet your expectations.
  • Any alteration requested or done will be intimated to you during the purchase. In case of any discrepancy from the Company’s front will provide the consumer with an opportunity to receive our store vouchers or website credits to remake another purchase. No refund in the form of cash will be made whatsoever be the case.
  • The Company is liable to the entitlement & risk of loss for all the products ordered till the shipping carrier. The ownership transfers to the consumer once the shipment has been dispatched from the facility.
  • Under unavoidable conditions and unacceptable order requests, the Company holds complete rights to cancel an order and the same will be intimated to you through official communication channels. If the Company cancels any order, the amount is refunded 100% with immediate effect and the refund is reflected in your account within 3-5 business days. Consumers may place another order that is approachable although any contest for the same order will not be accepted by the Company under any circumstances.
  • No completed order or dispatched product is eligible for cancellation. If the consumer desires to cancel a placed order they must finalize their cancellation immediately and before the manufacturing and packaging have been initiated. In such cases, based on the stage of delivery, deductions will be made and the refund credit will only reflect in your website wallet as credit. No case amount is refunded.
