A full cash refund will be transferred back into your bank account directly. However, the number of days will differ based on the bank policy.
Every Chashma, be it prescription glasses or sunglasses, is offered with a one-year conditional warranty. This warranty is applicable if there is a manufacturing defect on the frame(subject to examination) or lenses.
The Warranty is limited and doesn’t include product breakage, scratches, damages caused by accident, mishandling, negligence, shock, tampering, loss of components or accessories, improper use or storage of the product.
